Our journey begins with a scheduled phone call, where we’ll discuss your project goals, timeline, and investment expectations. It’s a chance to connect, explore your vision, and ensure we’re aligned in style and approach.

If it feels like the right fit, we’ll move forward with a paid in-person or virtual working consultation. This session is $300 and includes a walkthrough of the space (if local), key measurements, and initial design insights and recommendations tailored to your needs.

Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized design proposal outlining the full project scope, estimated design fees, and the next steps to secure your spot on my schedule.

Once the proposal is approved and the retainer is received, we begin developing your design.

This phase includes everything needed to bring your project to life — mood boards, detailed drawings, materials, selections, renderings, and preliminary estimates — all tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

We’ll schedule a formal design presentation where you’ll see the full vision come together — along with estimated costs to help guide your decision-making.

After that, we’ll collaborate on any necessary refinements to ensure every detail feels just right.

Once your selections are finalized and approved, I take care of ordering everything for you. I’ll handle placing the orders, tracking lead times, managing communication with vendors, and coordinating deliveries to make sure each item arrives on time. Behind the scenes, I’m managing all the moving parts so you don’t have to — keeping your project organized, on schedule, and set up for a smooth, stress-free installation.

During this phase, I stay closely involved with your contractor and trades, providing on-site visits, detailed drawings, clarifications, and design guidance as needed. My role is to help ensure that the construction and installation reflect the design vision — with precision, quality, and attention to every detail.

I serve as your design advocate throughout this phase, so the final result matches what we planned and imagined together.

Once construction is complete and all built-in elements — like cabinetry, tilework, plumbing fixtures, and lighting — are installed, I conduct a final design walkthrough to ensure every detail aligns with the design vision and meets the highest standards.

For projects that include furnishings and soft goods, I guide the placement and ensure everything fits cohesively within the space, so the overall design feels intentional, complete, and elevated.
